David Ezell Blockett was last seen December 11, 1980 at his home in Newport News, Virginia. A woman claiming to be a social worker told David’s mother she was there to take the baby to a Christmas party at a local medical center. The abductor also took his 2 year old brother. The brother was found wandering, police found a note with his home address in his pocket. The brother was returned home, David has never been seen again.
There was never a party at the local medical center and nobody matching the description of the woman worked at the social services office.
There is a composite sketch shown on the flyer of what David may have looked like at 30 years old.
